The Service

Swyrv provides career discovery through proprietary psychometric assessments, AI-powered career matching, personalized milestone roadmaps, and community features. The service is provided free of charge.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. You must be at least 16 years old to use Swyrv.

Intellectual Property

The CORE-12 assessment system, scoring algorithms, career matching engine, and associated methodologies are proprietary to Swyrv (patent pending). You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute any part of our assessment or scoring technology.

Community Guidelines

When using social features (Feed, Groups), you agree to be respectful, refrain from posting harmful or illegal content, and not harass other users. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

Disclaimer

Career recommendations are generated algorithmically and are meant as guidance, not guarantees. Swyrv does not guarantee employment outcomes. Assessment results reflect measured traits and should be considered alongside your own judgment and professional advice.

Limitation of Liability

Swyrv is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swyrv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
